It would be a very tiny volcano, and the truck would be equally as tiny. The object in the OP's circled area is probably about 1 meter high (or so).

To the OP -- all I see is a conical-shaped rock and shadows. malignant_tumor's description of "ant hill" is probably a good way to describe how it looks (or maybe "termite mound"), but there's no evidence to believe it isn't just a natural rock formation, just like similar natural conical rock formations here on Earth.
