With the ever increasing MSM introductions to the UFO phenomena, if one was to take the percentage, or number of topics covered, each year of MSM UFO coverage and plot it, might it be possible to come up with an estimated public disclosure date through means of graphs, charts, or mathematical formulas? Would such data point to, on, or around 2012? Statistics and findings welcome!

Well, I think there's a non-linear dynamic to public opinion. Meaning, acceptance of an idea doesn't necessarily follow a gradual, chartable trend.

There seems to be a point where the resistance to new ideas is overcome, via a 'breakthough' in the way people can embrace thinking about things. This is usually led by a paradigm-changing individual or event.

There's a resistance, first, before such an event; a sort of 'feedback balancing' effect between the new and old way of looking at things. Then, when a certain tipping-point is reached, momentum of ideas resolves around such a catalysis, and the dynamic changes, usually quite quickly. The movement then shifts into 'forward-feedback' mode, with the spread of ideas encouraging itself and pushing into new areas, like an avalanche.

It's very hard to chart in the way you're describing; like weather, the chaos in the system makes inaccuracy increase exponentially the further out you look.

I agree that public opinion is non-linear and unpredictable, as there are so many different mindsets and conflicting beliefs, but the question I'd like to address is determining when the UFO phenomena of the MSM is going to reach its maximum potential.

In reference to the point where the public, weather believers or not, have been fed with enough discussion about UFO's, that if and when there was a disclosure, it wouldn't be a culture shock.

UFO cover ups have been in existent for years, and now we are reaching a point where the secrecy behind such events is becoming less and less as we are led to disclosure. My question at hand, is when would be a logical date for a MSM headline such as: "Encounters With Our Galactic Neighbors"

OMG..the media did a story about something UFO RELATED! holy #!

DISCLOSURE EVERYONE! DISCLOSURE IS COMING.

Thats what you all sound like everytime the media does a UFO story.
Quite frankly its dumb. The media will report on UFO news when it is news worthy. The UK MoD declassification? That was newsworthy. The Phoenix lights? News Worthy.

The people running and shouting disclosure everytime the media does a ufo report obviously dont know how the news world works that is something considered news worthy will be reported.it doesnt take some "secret disclosure" agreement to make SOME ufo reports nesworthy.

It seems people jump and shout disclosure everytime the:
1. media reports on UFOs
2. A new presidnt is elected.

and quite frankly it looks dumb.

It's not gonna happen. They will find "bacterial" life out there in the solar system first. They made a lot of effort the last years to make life plausible to the public opinion, that makes me think that the natural thing to do would be to announce the "finding" of microscopical life, and only then set the stage for UFO/Alien disclosure.

you want msm coverage?
someone tell their ufo friends to park a ship over the white house with a we love Barack flag hanging over the side.
That should be a news worthy event.
