Subsection 1962(d) makes it unlawful for any person to conspire with any other person to violate Subsections 1962(a), (b) or (c). As I have mentioned in my previous posts, a RICO claim is broad, but a RICO conspiracy claim is even broader. In a RICO conspiracy it is the agreement by a defendant that is necessary for liability. So, a defendant can be engage in a conspiracy even if he does not commit the substantive acts that could constitute violations of Subsections (a), (b) and (c) of Section 1962. An agreement to commit the acts is all that’s needed.

I hear what you're saying and I agree. Starred and flagged.
However, while a one-world government and one-world currency may not necessarily be a bad thing, being forced into it (via NWO) is a very bad thing.
A one-world government formed voluntarily, willingly and out of necessity for the benefit of mankind is not a bad thing.
A one-world government imposed forcibly, covertly, involuntarily and for the benefit of an elite few is a very bad thing.
Regardless of how much I like and respect Obama, I must admit the possibility (however small) that he is a tool for the NWO, whether it be knowingly or unknowingly.
