Best UFO/alien contact Documentary

I thought I would ask the alien/UFO geniuses on here what documentary do you consider the best? Not just UFOs but what seem like genuine encounters with aliens. I want to gain as much information on this subject as possible. I believe we are being visited but I don't know much about the subject other than videos on youtube. I don't really know the hisotry of UFOs and aliens other than Roswell.

I honestly don't know. But I suspect it depends on who you ask.

As for abduction documentaries I would suggest this one.
My apologese for suggesting this one if you have already seen this.
