If you think Obama or McCain might be the next president, don't count yer chickens just yet.

Its amazing how so few can see the obvious scenario and extreme danger we're all in as Americans and even as humans with Israel beating the war drums and poised to attack Iran which will light the nuclear fuse.

If Obama is elected, this war will probably begin much sooner than expected since Bush and those he's connected to who perpetrated 9/11, are probably planning 911 part 2 or preparing to support an Israeli attack on Iran that could keep Bush in office.

So for those alseep with their heads in the sand... Time to wake up before Martial Law is declared and Bush enacts the WAR POWERS ACT that keeps him in office and delays the next presidents Inauguration indefinitely.

9/11, The War on Terror and US invasion of Iraq and the middle east has ultimately been designed for the protection of Israel. If you think thats just an opinion, you haven't done enough research nor been paying attention lately. The US military has been surrounding Iran and preparing for this attack for quite sometime using the war on terror as a distraction to enable a pre-emptive attack by Israel on Iran. Should this scenario begin, it will be Israels and the USA's biggest mistake ever. A grave miscalculation which will lead to an Iranian/ jihadist muslim retaliation that will most likely involve nuclear terrorism upon Israel and the west.

HEAD FOR THE HILLS

www.reopen911.org...
thinkprogress.org...

"Taken all together, it seems very likely that an attack on Iran is imminent, started by Israel, followed by retaliation on the US and Israel by Iran, followed by a complete destruction of Iran's infrastructure retaliation by the US air force – followed by a ground war, involving many nations."

Gold traders believe that the primary news changing event is the forthcoming attack by Israel on Iran. Our European friends have been predicting this for months and we chose to think it might not happen. Now we are about 80-90% certain it will. This event, if it becomes true, will drive energy and precious metals prices to the moon. On the other hand, stock markets could severely crash. The disruptions in global banking and credit markets might receive immeasurable damage; perhaps some of it un-repairable. One analyst says it's a partial ploy to keep [President] Bush in office after January based upon the War Powers Emergency Act."

I do give merit to your post. As a reinforcement tool, here is a quote from former UN Ambassador John Bolton last June.

Washington: John Bolton, the former American ambassador to the United Nations, has predicted that Israel could attack Iran after the US presidential election in November, but before George W. Bush's successor was sworn in.

Just because a new president is elected, it doesnt mean anything. I will rest easier when Bush and Cheney are OUT.

The Syrians are massing most of their heavy armour, artillery and commando units on the borders of southern Lebannon and northern Israel. The Syrians have asked for an apology from the US (which they won't get) for the recent raid into their country.

If there is a foreign or domestic incident dramatic enough for martial law to be instigated, then I would imagine that your Internet connection will go down no matter what ISP you have. In my opinion, that would be a real serious sign that events are being escalated towards TEOTWAWKI.

If martial law is ever announced, I think all media, broadcast and print, will be very tightly controlled. Try your shortwave radio, but don't be surprised if it is jammed. Getting any reliable news will be extremely difficult. You'll just be getting "instructions".

Bottom line... the only "news" you'll get will be whatever suits "management".

Therefore, if you find yourself under martial law, you may not know what really caused it.

Just a theory.

The War Powers Resolution....

Source

The War Powers Resolution states that the President’s powers as Commander- in-Chief to introduce U.S. forces into hostilities or imminent hostilities are exercised only pursuant to (1) a declaration of war; (2) specific statutory authorization; or (3) a national emergency created by an attack on the United States or its forces. It requires the President in every possible instance to consult with Congress before introducing American armed forces into hostilities or imminent hostilities unless there has been a declaration of war or other specific congressional authorization. It also requires the President to report to Congress any introduction of forces into hostilities or imminent hostilities, Section 4(a)(1); into foreign territory while equipped for combat, Section 4(a)(2); or in numbers which substantially enlarge U.S. forces equipped for combat already in a foreign nation, Section 4(a)(3). Once a report is submitted “or required to be submitted” under Section 4(a)(1), Congress must authorize the use of forces within 60 to 90 days or the forces must be withdrawn. (For detailed background, see CRS Report RL32267, The War Powers Resolution: After Thirty Years, and CRS Report RL31133, Declarations of War and Authorizations for the Use of

The Resolution itself wasn't even cited when GW sent military into Afghanistan...the word "war" wasn't even mentioned. Article II, Section 2 (of the US Constitution), is cited instead as well as Article 51 of the U.N. charter and Article 5 of the NATO charter.

It all comes down to "wording" and the legalities about certain words.

At this point with only 74 days left in office it is extremely unlikely that Bush will find any way to remain in office.

The War Power Resolution does not give any reference at all to what would happen IF "war" were declared during a Presidential hand-off of office from the President to the President elect

While Bush is still Commander in Chief it is also HIGHLY unlikely that he would instigate a stay of Authority. He really would have nothing to gain by such an action.

Read up on the War Power Resolution: Presidential Compliance

also Chapter 33 - War Powers Resolution

US Constitution - article II

Bush is on his way out (I am 99.99999% sure of this) , damn straight he'll leave a hell of a mess behind him for Obama to clean up, but RELAX...he's not gonna find a way to LEGALLY remain president...especially with his limited use of English and the nit-pickiness of the law. 74 days and counting.

There are countless "sheeple" who seem to have forgotten this fact, and that just because there was an election and Obamaramma won, that the next 2 months has no meaning or does not exsist, and that Mr. Bush there could very well put into place all those extra powers he so elegantly enacted shortly after 9/11 and the passing of the Patriot Act.

As one poster put it in another thread...."It aint over till the fat pig squeels"

Cheers!!!!

Unless Bush isn't the one who'll get to use the powers? Maybe they've set it up so that Obama is the one who will become the dictator? Many people around the world seem to be hopeful that Obama will change things... He's the perfect tool to use to ensure that more rights and freedoms are eroded, if they choose.

Call me cynical but I DON'T TRUST ANY OF THEM.

Expect interesting times ahead. Watch out for the false flags. If Martial Law is declared, then it's every man for himself. Don't believe what they tell you. Anyone in a uniform will be an enemy under those circumstances. Uniform = duty to serve the master = brainless thugs controlling you. Nothing to see here, move along...

Why would Bush need to stay when the people he works for are the same people Obama lama works for. And I don't mean the American people either.

please If bush wanted to stay in power he wouldn't have to invade Iran. By your reasoning he could stay in power because we have troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Every president rewrites the powers Bush rewrote. he wasn't the first president to do it and he won't be the last. And if you actually read what he rewrote, he gave more power to the director of Fema than he gave himself!

The thing is, to keep as much support as possible from the military, the people and other governments around the world, he would have to have a realistic scenario to justify his actions, for instance another massive attack on the USA.

When I saw them attack that village in Syria, I was certain the Bush administration were creating the scenario of a retaliation. But lets face it, they have all the excuses they need for another attack, it could come from almost anywhere they've angered so many nations.

While it seems to me that Bush has prepared all the details to enable him to declare Martial Law, I still don't see it happening.
I don't see the benefit of it.

I think there is every chance he made the changes in that direction "just in case", to save him and his buddies if the SHTF. That hasn't really happened, not to the degree where it is beneficial for him to declare Martial Law anyway.
They've spent the last eight years making life grand for him and the wealthy elite at the expense of others, it's likely that this Martial Law scenario and groundwork was just an extension of them looking after themselves first.

The only recent signals I've seen was the closed secret discussion earlier this year. And there is NO factual evidence that Martial Law and Rex 84 were even discussed, despite what some "anonymous" sources have suggested.

I think most of this scenario is self-propagating, one person says something and another uses that as evidence to support their idea, then another uses those as evidence to prove it again.

Until I see some more actual evidence, or until I see Bush actually do it, I'll keep thinking that this is nothing more than a few people making 4+4=10.

It all depends on your point of view.

Remember that 4+4=10 is true, if you're using a base 8 number system.

Sometimes what you see might be different to what someone else sees.

If there ever is (and I hope not) another black ops false flag operation on domestic soil dramatically more severe than 9/11, then you might see martial law "to maintain order".

Another scenario might be a total collapse of the dollar. If you need a million dollars to buy a loaf of bread. Again, martial law would be to "maintain order."

I don't think Bush wants to stay in and I don't think him remaining past his legal term is in the cards. That would be cause for revolution and I don't think the puppeteers want an uprising or revolution. But power could be passed to Obama under martial law in an emergency situation. A lot can happen between now and inauguration.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Obama is very inexperienced at the level of chief exec, just like JFK was when the CIA orchestrated the Bay of Pigs fiasco, which was basically a black ops false flag initiative that went sour. There could easily be another Bay of Pigs type escapade that Obama will not be prepared to manage. JFK found himself in an extremely embarrassing apologetic stance after his intel didn't tell him the whole truth about how their Bay of Pigs op was supposed to be a prelude to a full scale invasion. JFK felt betrayed because he surmised that CIA had used him to get their foot in the door of an invasion without telling him that's what they really wanted. Upshot... CIA hated JFK for halting the crucial air support and JFK hated them for not giving him the real scoop in advance. JFK personally took the blame in public, apologizing to the press and USA, then he sacked CIA chief Dulles.

The point is, some similar manipulative situation could be dealt to Obama and in the thick of the drama, he could find himself having to back down as JFK did, or escalate. Whatever the crisis may be, an escalation could easily propel the USA into WWIII and on the domestic front, martial law.

Once again... to "maintain order".

I wouldn't be surprised one bit if Bush started a war in Iran then issues that Executive Order to stay as President during the time of War.

I read a while back that the government couldn't trust there own military to hold order if Martial Law was declared so they would use troops from other Countries. People have observed troops from other Countries in different locations through out the US and when the people called this they were told they were here for training.........training them here for what? From what I know this was reported in the West Coast about Chinese and the Northeast with?

I suggest be prepared and we will know Jan 20th I would think! Maybe it all depends on how Obama is going to fall into line with there agenda!
