I saw on the banner when browsing the boards one day that by a picture of Bill Gates it says "Windows FU". Is this some way of poking fun at Microsoft or something? Why is it there?

Its not Windows FU...its 2 differnet pictures put together...its an FU and the Windows sign....

Why don't we have the full image as a banner? It's confusing in its current state.
