OK, the Oxford English definition, and Socialism was a concept first introduced in Britain.
socialism
• noun a political and economic theory of social organization which advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be
owned or regulated by the community as a whole.
Considering that Bush, although believing in limited regulation, does believe in regulation, and has nationalised a few banks so that the country owns
them, does that make him a Socialist? Or do you think that he is exempt from this dictionary definition for some set of reasons?
