lol, I think it's a good buy although personally I wouldn't have bought dell or AMD and in some peoples eyes that you ain't cool unless it has the logo of a fruit on the back, although these people are generally computer illiterate and have more money than sense.

What OS are you running?

Totally agree.
I can hardly contain myself when I am at the computer retailer and I hear some dude say
"...well this one looks pretty neat..."
And then you see the eyes of the salesman just lit up like fire...
Looks neat? Looks??? Since when does looks have anything to do with how good the machine is? This is what Apple goes for, appearance, a.k.a the least important feautre of the computer.

I run Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium, but the day it will give me a hard time, I'll switch to Ubuntu. But so far it runs smooth as silk.

Well I thank thee for these kind words of thine.
What do you think about the price?

I thought it was pretty cheap considering the Bluray.

Better still, you could dual-boot Ubuntu and that other OS. That way, you get all the benefits of *nix while keeping the bloated nightmare from Redmond for compatibility reasons.

Slightly off topic but I have a question...

Is windows Vista the new Windows ME (millennium edition)?

Because I had ME and that didn't last long

Seems Vista is in for the same fate.

Hmm, I dunno. But so far it seems like a pretty stable OS.
My friend has Vista 64 PRO and I've seen more than one daily blue-screen... But that might also have to do with badly cracked programs and games.

But one should know that Vista consumes one (1) GHz alone.
That is why I am thinking about Ubuntu because then I can squeeze out a little more speed from my little black darling.

Besides, this might just be the most evil comupter ever:
Cost: SEK 6666
On the package, the last three letters of the product name: 0ND which almost looks like OND which translates to "evil" in swedish.
Time for purchse: 13:49

I named her Deathcrusher!!! Raaaahhh!!!
