i think because he didn't reveal his process/method, some have wrote him off because no one can duplicate his study - - -

I don't think you read my post a little way up on here. The basic technique used to create these images is multiple specular reflection. As I've noted, I have indeed duplicated the images seen in Mr Walson/Gridkeeper's 'FAST' videos and many ATS members have seen and confirmed the results. The movies aren't available on public YouTube any more, but I will endevour to upload them again in the private section. I will come back to this thread if/when I do so.

What wave is saying is that he reproduced JLW's out of focus results himself. Personally I don't need to see wave's examples as anyone who has messed with scopes knows what out of foucs objects and defraction rings look like. If you have any opportunity to look through a scope sometime you'll see exactly what wave is referring to without even really trying

thanx for the replies,, and taking it easy on me
much appreciated

so what are these out of focus things he passing off as ufo's
space debris,,, or the outer moon edge as suggested earlier

also,,, i would love to get a telescope,,,,just looking up is amazing,,, i can only imagine seeing things close up
just don't have the extra cash or knowledge of what to actually get

so much to do,,, so little time

my newest fad hobby is gonna be trying to grow medicinal mushrooms,,cancer fighters,,, i never realized how cool and good mushrooms were,, and the amazing uses,,,role it plays on earth and such

then next is getting a telescope
ps,, the last fad was model rockets and that was pretty cool

As i said, the answers are in my post on Page 2 of this thread. Sorry if it's too complicated to understand. I tried to explain in simple language all the aspects of Mr Walston's videos. The apparent high power and resolution and what the 'spaceships' are in reality. His Moon shots are genuine Moon shots, but there's nothing spectactular there. Any amateur can produce this and considerably better quality.

As for the 'ships', this is what I said:

"So what the heck is it? Well I reckon it's done with mirrors. Possibly there's a pane of glass involved and maybe a double-glazed window. Whatever he uses, these are multiple distorted images of a small reflective object or model illuminated with a torch/spotlight. There's a lot of specularity and blurring which generates a wide focal depth. Nothing is ever in focus no matter how hard you try. I've managed to duplicate this effect using my own 10" Meade and a CCD camera. I started off making tinfoil and wire models, but quickly realised that much of the imaginary detail seen in these vids is created by the way reflected light mixes as it passes through a windowpane or when reflected from a household mirror."

If anyone is really inetersted, I can give a private URL to my 'S.L.O.W. Spoofo' videos. I created these is response to the F.A.S.T. rubbish.

Walson must have got me last night with new weather control technology. I set up my rig to do some moon imaging and went back inside. About an hour later one of the kids said...'hey it's raining'...soaked my rig but luckily I had not taken my laptop out yet lol. Damn conspiracy I tell ya!

Did you recreate the morphing of the bjects too?
Because they are morphing.
If you haven't, you are guessing at best.

The 'morphing' you refer to is caused by pulling focus 'through' the specular image as I've described. If you watch enough of the FAST videos and you know what to look for, the hoax is clear. Sorry if you can't accept or agree with my explanation, but that's why Walson has such a large following. As they say, you can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time, but - - -
