The gang extended its hatred to law enforcement. The indictment alleged that in 2006 Jorge “Solo” Viramontes “advised the [undercover] officer about the availability of other weapons, including hand grenades and rocket launchers, he and other Mongols had planned to use in order to ‘blow up’ a court house where a Mongols member was on trial.

There seem to be several Contra-related gangs, perhaps also originally funded by CIA or FBI Cointelpro -- who become 'rogue' operators involved in drug and weapons trafficking. However, CIA and Contras and other narco-terrorists such as Monzar al-Kassar, Asama bin Laden, Mohammed Atta may or may not alternatively operate 'legally' under the guise of the "Interests of National Security" w/get out of jail free cards -- or in a semi-rogue capacity, or both at the same time.

Why "single" out the Mongols? If one is going to be prohibited to display their "logo" then ALL should be!! In my opinion, TAKE IT ACROSS THE BOARD!!! What is the REAL reason for federal infiltration? To stop "vicious" biker members from continuing illegal activities? I think not. It's PAINFULLY obvious there is an alterior motive!! It's NOT what trying to be prevented as much as it is WHO they're protecting. It's a waste of taxpayers money to single out ONE biker gang.
