You could already be dead

I do not want to make light of your discussion, but everytime I watch the Matrix, I start thinking the same way. Questions start flowing.

Are we all just puppets in someone else's show? Do we really exist? Are we avatars in some cosmic game controlled by greater beings? Is our life a dream state? Are we in a state of dimensional evolution?

This all leads to questions of death. What happens when we "die"? Every question of our existence is also a question of what comes next. It also leads to wonder what happens to the enlightened ones? What happens when you truly awake?

All of this boils down to what are we? Why are we here? What happens when we find out? What happens when we pass on?

Sadly, only those that have passed on know the answer. It's one of the ultimate catch-22 situations...to find out you have to pass over, but once you do that, you are then unable to tell anyone else what happens.
