It gets my dander up just talking about the corruption in our 'justice' system. You ask, what's the logic in that? Who the heck cares? Since WHEN has the "Justice" department ever concerned themselves with little things like, oh, say truth, or justice, or even the ancient thing called LAW? They really don't care, and they really won't let any of those things interfere with their plans. But some dumb judge in Hicksville made a mistake, and actually tried to follow the law, but they got wind of it, maybe in time, and made him backtrack. If he had not, he would soon be dead of involuntary suicide, like Bent Billy's attorney, Vince Foster. This was rather unexpected, that a judge, trained in the ways of lying and deception, would actually be honest. That judge didn't stand a chance, and my guess is that Mr. Berg is a walking dead man. We ought to give him a medal, or a statue.

It was initially found against Baraq Hussein Muhammed Obama al Kenya, but when the judges owners found out, they made him go back and retract. Figures. Law has no merit.

That isn't true at all. The judgement was written by Berg himself. This is why the judge didn't sign it.

Ummm, the 'document' you are refering to was never signed by the Judge. It was drawn up by Berg in the hopes that the Judge would rule his way. No handlers required. Might want to get your 'facts' straight before you fire your 'truth' weapon.

Sorry, I don't get it. The judge was presented with a 'birth-cert' for Baraq, from Kenya, and college records indicating that he is from Kenya, and I thought the judge ruled against him, then reversed himself three days later. So you are saying that this never happened, and the judge did not accept the evidence, but went along with the program the whole time? I thought this judge had some integrity, by sheer chance, an exception to the rule. Can you show me something by Berg explaining what happened?

No evidence was ever submitted. That would have happened had the case moved forward to the trial portion. It was thrown out on the basis that Berg had no standing to file the suit.

Yeah Joe Lierbman basically said the same thing about McCain being tested because the world is in such a state right now.

The birth certificate issue is a non-issue. So far it seems like all debunking sites have debunked the rumors around the birth certificate, and it would appear Berg’s lawsuit is a waste of time.

I don’t see how Obama is screwed at all; he is doing better than ever. There are now videos of McCain defending the same progressive tax plan he is now calling socialism (www.youtube.com...) and lengthy overviews showing how closely Obama’s plan resembles Reagan’s. No one is buying the GOP smears. Tough luck for the GOP, and now the McCain camp is already pointing fingers, manly at their own VP nominee.

Real Dense? Is that an insult, or do you just insult everyone you are talking to, and you only have an 'air head' as opposed to dense head? From what I read, Baraq Hussein Mohammed Soreto was his given name at birth. Maybe that was not correct, but I have NOT ever seen anything disputing it. Let alone proven it. And he is still refuseing to show that he was not born in Kenya, like his grandmother said.
Oh, by the way, I have been in special ed classes growing up, for the 'exceptional', and I have a genius IQ. So any idiocy coming from the peanut gallery telling me that I am dense has no credibility with me. But you do make a good laughing stock...

You might find it interesting that another post on here, about the Supreme Court requiring a birth cert by Dec. 1st, talks about the signing of court documents. It would seem to indicate that YOU ARE FULL OF IT! If, and I say that with trepidation, IF Baraq Hussein Mohammed Obama becomes the president, you will get exactly what you appear to deserve. The losing of all your rights, and our constitution in the toilet. Since you don't appear to have learned anything about his voting record, he is considered by the Left to be the most left wing Congressman. He usually only votes 'present', not yeah or neah. But he strongly supports the entire CDNC on any issue. He does not EVER compromise. In this one case, good for him. He knows what he stands for, and doesn't bend. Unfortunately, he is for what Carl Marx called Communism. I think the real reason you support him is because you are a racist, and you feel that publically supporting a black president, no matter how awful his politics, you can be seen as nonracist, but you know the truth. Shame on you. My forefathers fought and died for your freedoms, and you throw them all away with impunity.

Well after digging a little bit, the new documents put to SCOTUS are valid. SCOTUS has allowed for the fact finding statements and demanded they be honored by Dec 1st and Berg must also make a timely reply.

Based on the evidence or lack of, SCOTUS will decide the merits of the case and proceed or deny to proceed.

If Obama fails to provide all of the documents including the certified citizenship document, The trial will be given a date relative to its importance and take place. If Berg does not respond in kind in a timely manner it will be dismissed.

Plain and simple, Obama's brass ones are on the chopping block and so are Berg's. You don't go to SCOTUS unless you are certain of what you are doing.
