We need to SPREAD THE WEALTH

Yes quite truthful eventually if the poor were given same amount in 10 yrs they would be poor,the rich would become rich,kind of like the story's of the winners of a lottery,instead of spending wisely or investing they would spend all their money on expensive cars,clothes jewelry,and big screen TV's,the rich people didn't get rich by accident,I think doing so would be a lesson in futility,let them earn the money
