question regarding billy meier - the trash can `debunk`

Okay this is regarding billy meier again
this is ONLY regarding one of the famous debunks of the `wedding cake` ufo landed pictured here



as well all know, skeptics have debunked it by saying it was the same garbage can lid as found in his yard.. pictured here




my question is..........
people are so quick to jump on the `wow this must definatly be fake` bandwagon that they dont even consider this

HOW DO WE KNOW THIS CAN ACTUALLY EVEN CAME FROM HIS YARD!
we are all going on the assumption that `wow well if this guy claimed to find it in or near the yard, he must be telling the truth, and hey this must be what he used` but where is the 100% proof that he got this from the yard or it wasnt a trash can lid that he make specifically similar to the bas just to ridicule billy meier... ah
nobody thinks about that.

So in closing in future before you cry `hoax`
as much as your trying to ask `what evidence does the person claiming it it genuine have`... ask yourself `what evidence does the actual debunker have that his `hoax theory` has basis!

when you debunk something you just dont base it off one pic. You have to look at all the evidience as a whole. By doing that its obvious Meir is a hoaxster, and probably not completely sane.

There are tons of threads about him and his fake pics.

A good researcher is supposed to look at all the evidence when they see a photograph or video. If there is one question or something found that can explain the photo or video, then Occam's Razor does come into play. The Gulf Breeze photos of the UFO where they found a model in an attic is another one that comes to mind. Once something has been found to question whether or not the photo is real (a model or trash can lid) then it is up to the researcher to rule it out, or show the photographer did not use a prop.
No matter what, there will always be people who believe Billy Meier and think all the photos of the Gulf Breeze incident to be real. That is their and your right to believe in them. However, real research sometimes comes up with answers people don't want to hear. They have to then put the case in a possible hoax file and move on to the next case.

If one photo has been proven to be a hoax, then it taints all the photos made by such person. That is a shame, because it is possible that there was an original UFO photo to begin with. This is true with all science research, in that if some results were faked or fudged, then all of it must come into question.

There are several existing threads discussing billy meier please use one of those.

Incidently it is a known fact that some of his photos that he claimed were taken from a spaceship came from a book, why would you believe in someone that is know to have faked some of their proof already?

Seems foolish to me.
