I think it's fake.

As camera man is going around corner, the video "jumps" sharply.

(I can never get this embedded youtube video thingie to work...)

Looks like two videos were spliced. One with the person behind the corner and another of no one there. I think this is because of you what you said about the camera doing a sharp jerk. That's when the person edited to the second clip with no one there.
