Ancient pyramids spotted by satellites

Great find indeed!

This is pretty amazing that there are still huge structures being found buried underground. Makes you wonder how extensive some of these ancient civilizations really were...and now it seems the Nazca people may have also been into pyramid building...

Wonder if this technology has been used in Egypt?

Thay flourished between the first and fifth century bc' and slid into oblivion when the incas came...but they didnt "seal and burry" their sacred sites till 300-350 ad?
Hmm besides that the dates are far to new to catch them in with the other sites that are "identical" and show no signs what so ever of "human sacrafice". someone is playing date master again. You just have to love how they depict them as a savage race too! Seems that all of the races from that region are labeled as ones that sacraficed humans! But they drew people from neighboring countries to watch...hmmmm neighboring areas that never did anything of the sort, but they came to watch? Sorry I just hate the disinfo they throw out everytime they finally decide to make these sites public.(tidbit: they found this almost 8 years ago)

This is not a new found civilization. The site is one mile from an ongoing dig where this adobe (mud) pyramid is found.

The site is old but there are far older known civilizations.

We all make so many assumptions. What about the idea that maybe people on earth did not make the Nazca lines. Maybe they were the "crop circles" of their day, made in sand rather than wheat.

I find it amazing how they built these buildings from scratch! They must have been taught or seen it somewhere before, but then who taught the teachers

The problem with saying that there was highly technological beings here before us, is that not one trace of them has been found. Pyraminds are not proof of highly advacned beings here...just that maybe some part of culture migrated over to that area. You'd think that if advacned creatures were here we would have found some type of buildings not pyramids and maybe some type of pwer sourse like a reactor or maybe some type of metal with wires and such...etc. Nothing has been found, not one single piece.

I have a belief that we the human race as it stands is whats left of what was.As in we as the human race had in the past reached a certain level and then boom or crash happend, and the survivors ae us.If tommorow the powers to be decided thats it button pushing time how mutch of the world we know would be left.Most large cities gone most inftrotsructor [bet i didnt spell that right] gone,NO sevices that is no fuel no gas no electricity no coener side milkbar.how many on each side would be left ,hunreds ,thousands ,hundred thousound,how long before man does what he what he does and that is survive.A group of [a wild guees here] 10 thousand people band together just to provide shelter, food ,medical in a stable envioerment how long would that take and how hard would it be by the time we built our next skyscapper the past would long gone and told in bedtime stories.

This isn't completely relevant but it is interesting:
The Ancient Egyptians have baffled historians for decades because all we have found is the decline of their civilisation. As far as we know they popped out of nowhere into existence and then slowly started to decline. This is one of the reasons people say aliens must have helped them. But what if there is proof of their rise to power, but that it is hidden under the sands? We may never find it.

I watched a programme years ago on how the ancient civilisations all seemed to have similar pyramids and how we had dated them wrong and they were actually around during 10 000B.C. They traced the movement of the stars back all that time until the date that Orion's belt matched up perfectly to the pyramids at Geyser and the same with all the other pyramids and their counterpart constellations. All the civilisations have evidence of flying machines too, even if it is a little sketchy and the Egyptians were even supposed to have batteries, made out of earns with metal ends.

It's amazing how little we know and how much we may never know.

Somehow I don't buy this...

A 9km pyramid? That sounds a bit excessive. To me those photographs don't look anything like what a couple thousand year old, ruined pyramid, buried in the earth should look like. The edges are too hard.

In my opinion they may be the walls surrounding small towns. The large one looks like a square with a diagonal road going through it, not a pyramid.'

Whoa someones getting rich off that find, they gotta so dig that up, lol... technology like that needs to be used to scan everything...

amazing that it looks like they are laid out all most the same way the pyramids in egypt are, to resemble the orions belt.... great find!!

I think adavnced has to be a relative term here. No civilization before us has been as advanced as where we are presently. If they were more adavanced then why didnt they build bases on the moon? Where are their satellites in orbit they used for communication? Where is the evidence as the poster below mentions of wires, metals, power soucres etc? Why is it that the only things that are ever uncovered are remnants of old buildings which were made of stone and earth?

I find this interesting that after all this time there are still so many hidden secrets and tresures for us to find!! What still gets me is all these different countries around the world have such striking similarities in the fact that most of them have some sort of pyramid shape etc....and having gone to both egypat and peru , i noticed immediatly the similarities of how the rocks were cut and placed. i swear they look as if the were crafted by the same hands.......very coooool

Well, I think that there are remnamts, but the problem is that they are not quite high-tech. They found long ago ancient batteries in Irak (en.wikipedia.org...).
I mean that an ancient civilization could be in some way more advanced than we think, although it doesn't mean that they could launch a rocket to the moon.

That technology is F-ing scary if you ask me. So where can we hide from satellites now a-days? Not underground anymore......unless your under a lead or iron deposit

The pyramids seem to hold a universal hidden truth. Almost like they all tell a story we are not able to see. No matter the manufacturer, they all hold the same mystique. I think it's a fascinating subject and a huminilating one as well; no matter how much you think you know about them... There's so much more that you don't.
