www.poligazette.com... rea-to-make-accounment-leaders-health/

Japanese officials working in North Korea were told to stay close to their missions because the japanese government expected the north to make an important announcement about its leader’s health October 20. Thus far, the North has not made any announcement about Kim Jong-Il’s health. South Korean officials believe the Japense intel to be wrong.

The announcement was that they have can prolong there beautiful kimjongilia flower, increasing its "immortality."

Striking a typically reverential note, KCNA also reported on what it called a scientific breakthrough in prolonging the life of the kimjongilia flower, a bright red begonia hybrid developed to honor the nation's Dear Leader.

a flower? there's no way there was such intense speculation etc etc for that.

This issue is dead, in a white house press release Dana Parino said that they had no information about the announcement. I can't find anything about this any where? I sure hope this thing doesn't get swept under the rug.

Maybe this is why North Korea wants Japan out of the talks. A reference was made that Japan was creating trouble. I wondered what this was about initially but makes sense if this was the case.

North Korea has suggested that Japan be removed from long-running six-party talks aimed at its nuclear disarmament.

A commentary in a North Korean newspaper said Japan kept creating trouble and had wrecked the process.
