Open Challenge! Convince us: WHY aliens should come and show themselves?

Generally speaking there is no real reason. Yes, they might be curious but this planet is waaaaayyyyy backwater. Even all other galacties are flooting away from it making it an extremly remote point.

Of course, if your an alien race yourself, wanting to make a comeback of your empire then such remote points are perfect.

How about first proving that aliens are even in our solar system before hypothesising whether they should contact us or not.

The supposed "ufos" we see flying round the world (which has been for decades) have completely ignored us, but have erm.. comunicated with the odd person with wild fantasy filled claims of disclosure, and what eventually happens? Nothing.

If and thats a big if, they are here, they have no reason to announce themselves to the world anyway. Planet earth has been through worst turmoils than what we are going through at the moment.
