What do you all think about our little nuke stand off with the North Koreans? I think this is very scary...and yesterday i was watching a show on how they had some sort of death camp (like one of hitlers) where they keep at least 10,000 prisoners. This lady that escaped it was saying how if women had a baby, the guards would kick it to death. The lady that was talking had the whole left side of her face and her left arm paralized. She said they stomped on her head soo hard that all of her teeth broke out and her eyeball poped out which she had to manually place back in. TALK ABOUT SICK. I think the coming of WWIII is right around the corner.

I regret that the North Koreans don�t seem too interested in meaningful dialogue with the U.S. and her allies. That makes no sense to me and speaks more about them, than the U.S.

I'm at a loss to understand the North Korean leader's belligerent attitude with all this tough talk of war. My greatest concern is that any regime with that type of mentality would ever acquire nuclear weapons. Unstable minds with pent up hatred and a need to control other�s make a lethal combination and could easily put the world in peril.

The North Korean war machine reminds me of communist Russia during the cold war. They dress and march in a similar way and like to parade their military hardware to impress the world.

The U.S. has at least been responsible enough after experiencing the devastation of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, to realise how dangerous those weapons are, and not go around threatening war at the drop of a hat. Also, the U.S. has been able up to now to use only conventional weapons, rather than nuking parts of the planet.

While I certainly don�t condone certain things that the U.S. Government has done in the past � I do, and always will support my country against acts of aggression or threats to our security and way of life.

I hope the little guy in North Korea with the funny hair-do relaxes a bit and realises that to threaten the U.S. as he�s been doing would affect him and his homeland directly. He seems to care nothing about human life and is willing to kill thousands in his quest to get whatever he�s after.

I sure hope this issue is resolved to the best benefit of all concerned.

As if there wasn't enough tension in Korea, the South added more fuel to the fire Thursday, saying its army is prepared for war, reports CBS News.

"I believe a war on the Korean Peninsula would be inevitable if the North's nuclear issue could not be resolved peacefully and the United States attacks North Korea."

I can't provide a link, but 2 years ago, I saw a TV show about North-Korea. An undercover journalist went in NK, and took some pics and also a film.

It was horrible ! Peoples were starving in the street, like dogs. The most intolreable were the poor kids.

Everywhere, peoples were looking like those peoples that we found by the end of the WW2, in the nazis death camps. But this times, it was EVERYWHERE. North-Korean Police Officer were looking for cannibals !!!

Those NK peoples were so starving that they had to eat other humans ( especially kids ), just in order to survive !

In their " re-education camps" ( do I have to say death camps ? ), soldiers had special training. They had to do their Tae-Kwan-Do training AGAINST the prisonners. These prisonners were unable to move, and the guards were doing their training on them ! And their firing training ! These NK communist are worse than the nazis !

Many North-Koreans were trying to go in China for political asylum ! Do you believe it ? IN CHINA !!!

When you have to leave your country and ask to political assylum in China, it mean that your are almost dead !

When I think that many peoples want to live in a socialist/communist system, I think that they are all mad.
And don't tell me that I'm stupid right-winger " who just don't know " ! Because I know what I saw !

Inmates are used as human guinea pigs for testing biological and chemical agents, according to both former inmates and US officials."

LONDON � North Korea is marketing upgraded Scud-class missile to Middle East clients, according to reports confirmed by South Korea's Defense Ministry.

Western industry sources said Pyongyang has been offering such countries as Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria and Yemen a more accurate version of the Scud B missile.

South Korea has confirmed the assertion by the industry sources. The Defense Ministry in Seoul said North Korea has been reproducing Soviet-era Scud B missiles. These missiles have a range of 300 kilometers and a payload of one metric ton.

North Korea is expected to accelerate its marketing of missiles and weapons of mass destruction in the wake of its dispute with the West regarding Pyongyang's nuclear program.

If �the axis of evil� was only a rhetorical phrase when President Bush threw it out just a year ago � a misguided one his critics maintain � that is certainly no longer the case. Every day presents new evidence the two major foreign policy issues are no more separated than the three Axis powers of World War II.

Naming the North Koreans as international culprits did not provoke a new crisis in the Peninsula. Just as in 1993-94, when they first used the threat of weapons of mass destruction to squeeze aid and a respite for a tottering regime from the Clinton Administration, the formula is much the same. Their threat of a new nuclear weapons program and further development of missiles was already underway.

Managing skillfully the Iraq problem � even if that means an eventual decision to go to war � will lend weight to any U.S. diplomacy which the Bush Administration has rightfully said is the strategy for defusing the North Korean WMD blackmail.
