If Martial Law is declared after the elections, does the transfer of the Office of the President still take place, or is that suspended?

Until the president-elect is sworn-in he is not President and would be subject to the powers of the executive in office. Martial law can suspend the change. AN executive order would have to be issued to 'formalize' the decision to hold onto to power, but knowing this crowd, if it were done, they'd simply roll over and say 'yes sir'.
