I definitely agree that people can communicate through OOBE's. I actually believe my g/f and I have met this way several times through out our various past lives. Although I have no proof beyond what a psychic told her and my own personal feelings. Heck, you never know we may have already meet also lol.

keep at the meditation it will pay off. Even if it doesn't produce anything "supernatural" it is worth the peace of mind. I wish I had the self-control to do it more then I do but that will come with time.
