Bush - Kerry UN Strategy

I've been thinking about this for awhile now, but haven't yet put it down or even engaged in a discussion on the topic.

This is keeping in mind that Bush and Kerry are both Skull & Bones. (I'm sure that's been enumerated ad nauseum, but you can see clips from Meet the Press here and here)

Simply put, Bush acts in defiance of the UN and the media vilifies him for doing so. He also pisses off the better (or worse) part of Western Europe. International polling data shows Americans are not very popular. (i know, who cares, but still)

Kerry gets elected (maybe) are re-embraces the UN and the West. America is popular again and global ties (between the West) have never been stronger.

This could fit into to some theories on how the NWO will be implemented. Do you think this is a plausible step in the process? I realize there are many variables in play here that I do not mention, but I did open with "Simply put"

To be honest, it doesn't fit in with some of my current theories of what's in store before the election, but I thought it to be a viable discussion. What are your thoughts?

My thoughts are that the Bush administration is the single most irresponsible and divisive presidency in the history of our Republic. Bush and his supporters are firm ideologues; everyone from the intelligence agencies to biologists working on medical products for the federal government have proclaimed in one voice that the administration will accept only data that agrees with their ideology, and will discard everything else.
Bush gained his office under extremely questionable circumstances, with the nation strongly divided. He promised to heal this wound, and unite Americans. This was an outright lie; instead he has become the mostly rigidly ultra-conservative demagogue in American history, with a nefarious agenda of his own.
