This is great... really really good. Right after I post this thread I will be posting Obama's 10 worst ideas according to Foreign Policy.

Whether or not I or anyone else agrees with everything on this list is moot what is important is that we discuss this as opposed to McCain's houses or any of that other bullhooey.

The only way we can vote intelligently is to set all of that aside and start paying attention to the real issues and the real ideas.

Please people stop the rabid and hysteric posts and start discussing the issues... If we fall for the same old crap and vote or fears as opposed to voting knowledgeably we are screwed.

Red Herring - sensible sex ed should be taught with discouraging kids from having sex

-We already have a law regarding this. (someone scared they are gonna lose a few seats this cycle?)

-Can't win. We all lose on this....has to be bi-partisan.

-Asinine. We can't even REFINE what we do "drill baby drill".

WHAT?!?!?! Wars on words can go on until the ends of time....This is a nice way of saying "take the spoils of war after you conquer the Middle East".

Making the Bush Tax Cuts Permanent

-Look at our economy. Trickle down....more like "dried up". I have yet to see the Bush tax cuts create 1 job. They have made a few people rich though.

Supporting Abstinence-Only Education and the Global Gag Rule

-Sarah Palin's daughter.

Calling for 45 Nuclear Power Plants

-What do we do with all that waste?? I know.....we make DU rounds and shoot em' at third world countries!

Backing Cap-and-Trade Without a 100 Percent Auction

-Another example of America trying to buy away our problems. What about just a cap?

This is what is missing from the list: a McCain presidency.

That, in my plucky opinion, is the worst of them all.

I am glad this thread is finally getting some traffic.... I have yet to check but I hope its companion... Obama's 10 worst ideas is doing better... we need to be discussing ideas not smears.

Gas Tax Holiday.....forget the Holiday....lower or get rid of the gas tax permanently.

3/5 Majority to raise taxes...This is a great idea!

Flip flopping on Immigration....It's OK to flip flop on something if your wrong in the 1st place!

Drilling our way out of the Oil Crisis....How else are we supposed to end it?

Balancing Budget through Victory in War on Terror.....Just a small part of it...The best way to balance the budget is cutting spending overall.
