Is it possible to send a fax to ATS?

I made an FOIA request regarding the 1991 new world order speech that George H W Bush made following the first victory in Iraq.

I was linked to this website (bushlibrary.tamu.edu...) and I was also told that I could request feedback of the speech for about $.75 per page...

My question here is... is there some way I could send ATS some copies of these press files in newspaper clippings following the speech?

What would I have to do to get this stuff out to ATS? I think ATS would be interested in these kinds of things... as far as the FOIA request... I made the FOIA request for my own personal interest in these kinds of things.
