If we are opposing the $700 billion why are

Voters are rightly furious at the proposal to spend $700,000,000,000 that the government doesn't have to bail out Wall Street bankers who created the current economic crisis in the first place. But why then aren't we concerned about the trillions of dollars the Federal Reserve is pumping into the system? Or the trillions missing from the Pentagon? Or the quadrillion dollar derivatives bubble.

i just want to share this with everyone. I find it shocking that i did not know anything about this and probably a lot of people don't know it either. In my opinion, the gov should let those banks and bankers go out of business and make them pay for their mistakes. i found it on youtube. Any one knew anything about this? here is the video www.youtube.com...

Yeah, I was already aware of it. Can't tell you anything more though.

You may find that MANY of the regulars on the ATS forum a very aware of this.

Trouble is, despite the fact that the public was told, and the government has been questioned on the matter, no answers are forthcoming.

Sort of like the 9/11 event. We still lack answers to some significant questions.

Bear in mind, there is a real possibility that the barbie and ken dolls we elect into office have NO CLUE as to the truth of the matter, nor are they interested in all the work that would have to go into forcing the truth out of the 'actors' in this little play of theirs.

Good post. A star for you.
Ken and Barbie indeed have no idea, and in fact, don't need to, because all they have to know is what their corporate masters tell them to do, and what to say to us, when they do it.

LOL, it's not "missing", it went to Black Budget projects.

This has been known for quite sometime, in fact this began to leak out in early 2001, and for those more involved in the 9/11 theories, 9/11 was, in part, used to cover this up. On the day the planes hit the Pentagon apparently (and this is from memory, I'm not taking the time right now to check but you can definitely find out more on the 9/11 threads, I am no expert or extoller of the theory), Rumsfeld was meeting people in the Pentagon to discuss the missing money at the time the planes hit, and the section of the Pentagon that got hit was the only section of the building that had recently been reinforced and which the Pentagon accounts department had recently moved into (the same accounts department which would have been heavily scrutinized and whose records would have been checked to track down where the missing money went). Obviously, since the accounts were all but destroyed, that check now can't take place. Hmmmm, coincidence?

The trillions you refer to have been discussed. However there is no new information I am aware of. There is little evidence to suggest where the money could have gone, so this is a disturbing incident I have trouble discussing. Where did the money go is the obvious question, however I think pin pointing who was in charge of handling the money is just as important. So far those people don’t seem to have the answers we want and I’m unaware of them facing repercussions, have they?

If memory serves me:

9/10- announced that there is $3.5 trillion 'unaccounted' for in the DoD budget. Information on the investigation was being stored in the WTC (can't remember which one) and the evidence as someone has mentioned was in the wing of the pentagon that got hit, as someone said, coincidence?!? HA!. (Wasn't money missing from the USM's budget aswell?!, or is this included in the $3.5 trillion?)

9/11- Think we all know what happened there...well, someone attacked, how and who is still under heavy debate.

9/12- Bush blames Al-Quaeda(Sp?) and asks for billions to defend the US from more attacks...by attacking them. Best defense is a good offense afterall.

People have totally forgotten about the 'unaccounted for' TRILLIONS and the government has not only won over the support of it's people, but gets more money, and the money it has already 'lost' is forgotten about.

It would be beautiful if it wasn't so sickening. :vomit:
