I was born with a heart conndition, i have been operated sevral times during my youth and now i live fine you are basicly saying that, if you had your way, i would be dead and so would most the populatiob? so basicly its called genocide, hope you are prepared to walk down that path. also we are all entiteled to our own opinion

These two clowns have an entirely misguided view of Eugenics.

Eugenics is not to be used to sterilize those with trivial "aberrations" in their genetic makeup. It is not to be used to kill those who are prone to cancer, or those with poor eyesight, or those who have a cough or cold as those two were suggesting. It is not to be used to sterilize those who aren't as successful at school, or are struck down by MS or any other terminal illness. We are not so devoid of compassion that we have to kill those in need.

We dont actually need eugenics, because life itself should theoretically prove to be enough of a selection tool. All we need to do is eliminate any and every social welfare program which allows lazy people to sit back and not work. Now I dont mean eliminate all schools or hospitals or any other such vital functions, but I am an exponent of cutting any wasteful expenditure such as the dole.

If we are to employ eugenics, then eugenics in its true form is to create a system whereby only the best can thrive. It is the human extrapolation of natural selection.

Murderers, rapists and other criminals should be sterilized. That is eugenics.

I think anyone who has read both my posts, as well as yours, knows that you never even bothered to read my posts.

I did, and they were a deep misappropriation of the theory of eugenics.

Were you not suggesting that those who were mentally handicapped should be killed?

You could suggest that teacher not be "wasted" on these cases, but to suggest killing someone else's child is brutality and does great disservice to not only society, but also to the theory of eugenics.

Didn't I mention this to you before? Instead of making life hard for "lazy people who don't work" how about we fix or make a new system in which people can get along in life for doing what they do best, so they have incentive for living, instead of finding in not worthwhile.

I'm not a Christian, but I agree with many Christians that God (or whatever you may call the creative source) does have a plan, and these "unfortunate souls" are here to experience, just like all the rest of us... and it is NOONE's place to decide who should live or die. It is most definitely NOT in our nature to leave stragglers behind. Even violent criminals have family and friends who love them and wouldn't want them arbitrarily killed. First they kill the violent criminals with lethal injection because they are a threat to society, then they kill the elderly because they ar4e a burden on society, then they kill the mentally and physically unfit because they are being "merciful, then... then they kill those that don't want to be forced against their will to do unsatisfying work which benefits nobody except the rich.... THEN... they kill perfectly healthy babies because now their's a limit on the amount of children a family can have... then, they kill the poor..... then they kill you. The same idiot who decided that everyone else should die.

Unless you are a murderer or rapist, you have nothing to fear from true eugenics.

Its a shame that a minority have taken eugenics to mean killing anyone who is deviant from the norm... frankly under that rule nobody would survive.

Im going to assume it was you who blasted me for the 'long quote' though I see many situations where people reply to much longer quotes without being bothered.

I also feel I have been fairly courteous while expressing my views on this subject sticking to my points, defending my arguements and posting thorough responses which don't just state my view, but explain my view.

For all others who seem to have simply jumped on the hate-bandwagon here, quit simply following the "flow" that others in this thread have started, read all the information contained in this thread, then form your own opinions and reply. When you look at every attack towards me, its quite clear that none of these people even read any of my numerous posts in this thread.

The only thing have said in this thread is that Eugenics is going on on an enormous scale even today, your oblivious to the world if you think its not. While adding my own comment to the subject, that I don't believe mentally challenged people should be allowed to burden society.

It went from that, to everyone claiming I want erradicate the world, and every single person for whatever reason should be 'cleansed'. Get off it, read my posts in their entirety and get back on the subject, not the bandwagon.

I am vary wary of vaccines. My aunt has had 2 children, both vaccinated early on. One ended up Autistic, the other has Aspergers (related to Autism). Neither showed signs of these illnesses until about a year or so after being vaccinated. Coincidence? Could be..

Could just be a coincidence, or it could not be it. but there is one issue, it seems to be presuded even tooday, that is so disgusting did we not learn anything from PRE WW2- WW2 era of time.

Dear oh dear. Dawkins was talking about breeding for specific qualities, not killing off 'inferior' people. The two are completely different takes on a similar idea - bettering a gene pool.

They could have died soon afterwards if not for the vaccines. Wait for evidence to suggest cause, instead of conflating correlation with causation.

Yes, and they could have been fine, without Autism. I never had a flu vaccination and I have caught the flu only twice in my life (never as a infant or child, so my parents told me). Since I've been vegetarian, I haven't been sick in 5 years. From what I've researched, the flu vaccine will only protect you from several of the current strains, of which there are hundreds, and will be hundreds more.

well we can argue human rights against this, but that could be potential hawock. but i would say acording to my principles, ALL human have the right to life we have no right to meddle in it. you will see this before the end.
