NEW YORK (Reuters) - Mayor Michael Bloomberg proposed legislation on Tuesday that would change the city's term-limits law and allow him to seek four more years in office to help New York cope with the sweeping economic crisis.

This is just unacceptable in my opinion. How dare he use this created crisis to keep himself in office. I actually find it a bit chilling, with all the recent speculation on whether Bush would try to use the current state of the economy to try to stay in office. I say boot out the incumbents who had a hand in the created economic crisis. Term limits exist for a reason.
