Note: The completion of Phase 6 should weaken the resistance of the Undesirable populations. The completion of Phase 7 will only allow our constituents and allies and only the strongest Undesirables to exist. It is estimated that there could be between 2,000,000 and 30,000,000 desirables that will be unfortunate casualties. These are expectable limits considering the partial failure of Phase 1 and the vastly improved resource usage to creation statistics of these desirables as casualties. These casualties are within acceptable limits and are nothing that we are not accustomed to seeing from previous objectives.

The trillionaire's club say they're on phase 6 now. Their plan is to wipe out the human population anywhere from 2-30 million undesirables. The grammar seems sketchy, but it could be that whoever wrote it did it in a hurry. It's not as if just because they're trillionaires that they have a swarm of bees around them to do their biddy. Take it for what it's worth.
