Does anyone have an idea of what this space ship(s) will look like? How high in our atmosphere will it be? Will it affect our tides? how many ships will appear?

None will appear because the Galactic Federation Of Light doesn't exist. Sorry to burst the exciting bubble but it is a myth. You might find this thread interesting:
