female survivors

Alright, so I am a tough cookie...I know that I will do what it takes to survive. I am strong physically, mentally and emotionally. In my head I have thought about what I would do in SitX, where I would go, what I would do etc.

BUT, also have to be realistic. There is a big likelihood that more men will survive over women - yes you are bigger and stronger and your endurance/stamina is on average greater than females. So when I think about this, it makes me very nervous. Can I actually survive alone? Or will I need a man?
