Leaked Rand Report

There has been a lot of discussion in recent weeks regarding supposedly "secret" US DoD studies that showed that the USAF's next generation F-22 and F-35 were not all that they were claimed to be. Some of us can remember the claims in the media regarding simulations that showed that the F-35 would be "clubbed like baby seals" by opposing Chinese or Russian fighters. Other reports suggested that superior numbers of Chinese fighters could simply overwhelm the F-22.
