LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A Shelby County man and his wife said two doctors amputated the man's penis without his consent, and have filed a lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, Philip Seaton, 61, went to have a circumcision last Octoberas part of treatment for a medical condition. Seaton said when he woke up from the procedure, he realized his penis had been amputated.

Talk about medical mistakes to the greatest degree for a man. I am not sure how these guys botched this up this bad. I hope he can get it reattached like Bobbit did. I wonder what the medical malpractice insurance cap is going to be for this guy. $100,000. This guy deserves to a lot, I am not sure what it is but something about reading this article just make me go. augh.

How on earth a law suit could ever compensate you for this?
Having your penis cut off?
I mean at 61 it of course wouldn't be as bad than if you were 14.
But still.
That's why I got my son circumsized when he was 3 months old.
Avoids all this hassle.Im not even Jewish.
So many of my friends had to have it done when they were teens.
Because of infection etc.I had it done my dad his dad etc etc.
Its cleaner.
