How do I shrink my Avatar down to size?

I love my avatar but a moderator said it was too big. I need to be able to shrink it down to size to fit what is good for ATS??? Help!

do you need photoshop?
than you can decrease it via "image size" 160 x 320 pixel / resolution 72 ppi

than: "save for web" and play a little bit with the "quality" - reduce it if neccessary that the image is not bigger than 75 KB usually you can reduce it down to 40 or 30 very easily

just checked it- the avvy was to big in size - not matching the ats standard of 160x320 pixel and resolution of 72 ppi
