Russia's threat expires at midnight?

I think everyones seen the thread about russia giving a 21 day warning to nato to get out of the black sea, didnt that start on the 3rd of sept? which would mean it expires midnight tonight..

Im not sure if it was the 3rd of sept the threat was made, does anybody know?
I just dont want to wake up in the morning listning to the bells of WW3..

I think Russian might have already countered on that, they moved a chunk of their fleet to the Caribbean and resumed selling weapons to Iran.

Its all mind games.

Oh right, i was under the impression that russia were going to do something drastic if nato didnt comply.
