uh, I had fully intended on voting for 'dubbya' this past election. After watching the RNC that year, even though I cheered along with many others,
I had a sinking feeling in my gut that something wasn't right. I got into the voting booth and as I stood there with pen in hand ready to mark next
to 'dubbya's' name, that feeling came back; felt like someone had punched me in the stomach.
Against my better judgement AT THE TIME, I went with it and wrote in a lesser known candidate. NEVER have I been more glad that I didn't go with
advice such as yours and down a bottle of pepto!!
I cried the whole way home wondering why I had done such a thing... now, these days, I wear a smile knowing that I have an intuition about such things
that appears to be DEAD ON!! I don't share in the shame that those who voted for him should be experiencing
I will go with that gut feeling again come this election. Even though my pre programmed mind wants to vote McCain bc he seems a better alternative to
Obama, I will write in another candidate knowing that McCain and Obama ARE having their strings pulled by the same cartel.
