What implications does Time Travel have for other dimensions?

I'm thinking that time traveling technology could open up the reality of exploring other dimensions other than our own. What knowledge could we gain from time travel about different dimensions?

My theory is that when something is going back in time the object that is going back in time goes to another dimension and ends up in the past at the specific point in our dimension through a tunnel from another dimension.

With time travel being possible, we may be able to explore other concepts, like life after death, reincarnation, and other things. We could potentially bring proof to these ideas by somehow showing that our conscious travels in a tunnel from our body to another or perhaps to another dimension much like that of which things that time travel.

Well, if you take the whole 11th dimension (I think that's the theory) theory into account, then everything that has, can and will ever happen already happened. I was thinking about this today, one has many choices in life, the choices you pick shift your dimension, sorry its late here, trying to find a way to explain it. Imagine a tree okay, your birth starts out at the trunk, you make your path along the trunk and have choices to make, the choice you make 'branches' off into a new direction for you where you have more branches, because you can choose to do whatever you want, but because you make these choices doesn't mean the trunk didn't continue or the branches you didn't take don't exist. Other trees (people) are interconnected with yours, some of their branches touch or cross some of yours.

Are you talking about gaining knowledge after you time travel or are you saying gaining the knowledge during time travel?

ok hold on are you talking parallel earths as in the tv series sliders? or do you mean spiritual as in heavenly realms.? Ok define dimisions for me and i will go from there

if u go to the future u run the possabilty of being shot down:
if u go way back u might run into a t rex , so u might put some guns on your time machine big ones
