Hank Greenberg, the former chief executive of American International Group (NYSE:AIG) , and three former executives on Thursday agreed to a $115m
settlement that brings to an end a lawsuit claiming they had improperly directed commissions to a company he controlled.
....The settlement came as Mr Greenberg, who left in 2005 when AIG was hit by an accounting scandal, gave his first day of testimony in relation to an
ongoing civil fraud lawsuit brought by Eliot Spitzer, the former New York attorney-general.
