2 new theories by me

I have two theories that I thought up. My first is Einstein thought that light and energy could form matter. And when matter formed, a form of light energy attached itself. My second theory is, the reason why some ghosts can be seen is because a little beyond the physical world, still lies some of our laws. When light and energy collides, it lets ghosts materialize a little. So what do people think of these? Opinions please.
