To suggestions by a senator that Georgia be given anti-aircraft and anti-tank weapons in a bid to at least "delay" further Russian movement into its neighbor, Edelman said there could be "some understanding with Georgia about what capabilities it thinks it needs.

This is something I had in mind before just as the Pentagon does. Give Georgia anti-tank and anti-aircraft weaponry. Could give them Abrams and F-16s as well since Georgia has lost most of its tanks and aircraft.

Build US bases yes that seems a good idea, for who exactly? 'We' arm the 'puppets' then let them create havoc? What good is setting up a new front, a new enemy, while the threat is our own manifestation? Get a grip people, dont be fooled by the war talk we need no more war.
