Evans' knock-out power is obviously to be respected. But considering Griffin withstood a few of Rampage's best shots and kept pushing forward, I just don't see what Evans is going to throw at him that he hasn't already had. I think Griffin's recent fight against Rampage is going to prove tremendously helpful in his training for Evans.

He's spent countless months already training for a bigger and stronger opponent. I'm not sure much would have to change.

Few tweaks here and there.

Good points, I think 1 on 1 rampage can take evans... so I figure if griffin can take rampage, he can more than likely take out evans. How bout the brock lesnar couture fight... any POV's? (Point of views)

Forest is a different animal all together. His jaw is super strong and he can take a punch. Chuck has always had a glass jaw, he just went on a long stretch of wins by beating up grapplers and wrestlers mostly.

Forest is also much better than Rashad on the ground and he can sub out the best, as shown against Shogun. I think it would be a good fight but I would put my money on Forest to win, if he can stand in there with Rampage and keep going toe to toe he shouldnt really have to worry.

Page has more power in his shots than just about anyone. Rashad is mostly a wrestler trying to develop a stand up game. Forest is good standing and his sub skills are excellent.

Forest would probably have more trouble against Machida, that guy is just hard to get a fix on. He drove poor Tito nuts in his last fight, Ortiz spent three rounds just trying to make the guy stand still long enough to hit him.

Brains versus brawn, I like the old wiley veteran.

If Lesnar can get him down and get the mount it could be ugly, but Randy is so experienced and so smart. He can sub people out in so many ways. He also is no stranger to fighting bigger guys.

Obviously Lesnar is huge and much larger than Tim Sylvia, but Randy man handled Tim and he was a good six inches taller.

I could see Couture getting Lesnar in one of those crazy Couture ankle locks and making the big guy quit. Either that or getting his back and choking him out. Doesnt matter how big and mean you are, if you cant breathe you are toast.

That was a devastating upset. Never count out Liddel though. What he needs to realize is that he's a very 2 dimensional fighter and he's easy to figure out. His style has never changed. the only reason he ever got away w/it is because he was younger and faster. With age comes the actuallity that your body slows down a step or to. So in actuallity,Chuck needs to change his style up a little if he wants to continue to fight.

No more chin up in the air and hands out waitng to unload. He needs to keep his guard up and chin tucked or else the inevitable will happen again. He still has the KO power but needs to set up a good game plan.I can't believe his trainers never figured this out.Time to start training and learning new things from someone else or retire.

Remember how devestating Tyson was? he was figured out then was totally useless in the ring.He couldn't box for the life of him and his career was over after that.Adapt or accept.

Chuck is and will always be one of my favorites.Wish him the best and hope he adapts.

Gooooood point about the whole tyson thing. You have to switch up your style cuz as soon as someone finds you out, they can read you and exactly what you're gonna do. Look at floyd mayweather, that dude is still undefeated. What is he now, like 42-0? He's fast, changes styles, drops into southpaw on occasion and just mixes things up, but he does it with a degree of safety. When he is flat out boxing, he keeps his gaurd up and evades most shots thrown at him. Liddell usually walks into punches throwing punches.... eventually something'z got 2 give.

Awesome fathom, thanks for posting the vid!
A nice post star for you.

Yeah, he puts his face right in there... both his head the evans fist are headed right for each other. He gets knocked in the sweet spot right next to the jaw muscle. Ugh...
It was ugly how he just flopped over after it happened. Poor guy.
