choke canyon state park is located in southern central texas. and is an awesome place to view the areas wildlife.
javelinas, deer, and turkey are extremely plentiful and actually quite tame. they say NOT to feed the animals for obvious reasons i suppose, but it
is way too much fun. there are also numerous waterfowl of many types; i also ventured under a mother owl who made some crazy noises to ward me
off.
