Sara Palin's wears white shoes after Labor Day

Many would say that Sarah Palin is the Republican party's sweetheart. The GOP babe if you will. Put her beside any other politician on the campaign trail and they will cower in the face of her beauty and charm. Yet despite this highly polished look. Beneath the neat blouse and below the freshly pressed skirt, lies a problem of the most severe kind.

You see, yesterday, Governor Palin was seen outside with a pair of white pumps on. That's right. If you've been keeping up with things you'll look at the calendar and know that it is September 5th. Several days past Labor Day. A media frenzy ensued and Gov. Palin quickly went back inside and came back out with a light blue heel. "The white shoes matched my blouse" she said with her trademark smile. One can only hope that the frenzy of this week threw her off.

There has been no word from the Obama camp yet on this newest startling revelation although one can be sure that this latest gaff will help swing the vote of most sensible women back to the Democratic party. Hillary would have never worn a white shoe after Labor Day.

Holy sweat socks!!! If she can't handle the responsibility of fashion decency, how will she ever handle co-running a country?? You are right, Hillary would never ever have made such a mistake. No way no how.

Perhaps she was conceived during the time when Monty Python's Flying Circus was NOT in reruns?? Perhaps her mother was indeed having relations with said Mr. Palin. Are they still married or is this yet another scandal?

Is she good friends with John Cleese? Is she part Eskimo? I think her daddy is Michael Palin and her mother an Eskimo!!

Kudos to you for noticing the blatant fashion no-no. Emily Post probably turned over in her grave. My dear mother would have been appalled if she were alive to see such a travesty of social graces.

In my heart I want to believe she was wearing winter white colored shoes. There is a difference between summer white and winter white.

Mrs. Palin is my new heroine. She appears to be a "real" person with a mind of her own. I like her.

I have no idea, except that white is more of a spring and summer thing. But thank god we changed all that or we would be having to match our purses, shoes and gloves all the time.

You can wear white after Labor Day. Only people who are out of style themselves still believe that you can't. Get with it people!! Jesus people, pick up an 'In Style' magazine once in a while, or even that rag Cosmo.

So, it probaly has to do with WHITE not holding heat very well...

During the Fall and winter, you should wear clothes that TRAP heat...

And during the Spring and Summer, wear clothes that are LIGHT colored...



So i guess that makes sense... Made better sense centureis ago, when we had no Air Conditionaing and heating...
