Airforce defence practice prior to 911

s there any credibility in that the airforce was practicing for a situation similar to that in which commercial planes were being flown into the WTC and similar locations days prior to 911?

Did Noam Chomsky imply that 911 benefited american foreign policy in justifying the us invasion of iraq and afganistan?

Did you see the youtube video where they compared 911 to when hitler blew up one of his buildings and made it look like it was actually carried out by someone else in order to gather support for war on a neighbouring country?
