Tatoo design

Hey all,

its been a while since i have been on here and its good to be back.

i am wanted to get a tattoo with something to do with my heritage. i am half welsh and half german. the welsh part will be the welsh dragon. for the german part i have found this bundesadler or federal eagle for all you no germen speakers. i have a question though, would anyone find a bundesadler tattoo offensive?

here's the specific bundesadler i have found and want to get. it is currently used on all federal buildings in germany.

Go for it.
If it is what you want and carries a significant meaning. That would look really good worked into a coat of arms. My only advice is put it where it could be concealed by clothes for work as some people might not understand the meaning.

if it is conected with in some way - go for it!
but being german myself i guess i would never get that bird as a tattoo on my body

depending of the people's mind they might look at you as a right wing extremist since they won.t distinguish between nazi germany and todays germany

welsh dragon is cool - but isn.t there another possibility
guess some peopel will missunderstand it
