Bush passed that law that states if we go into a state of martial law nation wide, then the curent president stays in office until it is over... remember?
I don't think it is anything worth worring about though. As I stated I think he just wants to go back to his hometown bar and stay a while.

It is funny, because you're seeing what you want to see in that law. That directive is more or less of an update of previous directives that date back to Reagan, this one to include the DHS
