Article goes on to say the collapse is due to "high fuel prices" and some passengers, pending on payment method(s) are NOT entitled to refunds:


While passengers who reserved their flights by credit card or as part of a package holiday are all but guaranteed a refund, there is no such protection for those who paid by cash or check.


Lastly, seems that over 4,000 people will need to make different plans over a weeks' worth of reservations canceled... the company was founded in May of 2002.
