Are they dangerous indeed?

Excuse me if this is not the correct place to open a new topic,but I would want to know your impressions or thoughts on this matter.Today to me has happened to feel to the newscast the news of new sightings with photograph and documentaries that attest the truth of these thing events.
The thing that I am not able to understand, maybe not knowing the matter well,is the because when they automatically talk about sightings talk about security and national protection.
They speak as though they were really dangerous things which we must from protect ourselves.Do you think that he is true?Are they really dangerous?

Excuse if I have opened this new topic, there was already perhaps,but I have thought about asking it to you that you surely know very more than me...

If Extraterrestrals/Extradimensional Beings were a threat to us, we would be dead and gone already. If they are capable of travelling to this planet from great distances, they are surely capable of killing or enslaving us all. But of course, i don't believe they exist.

...and if they do exist, then how impotent would that make those in power feel?
Sometimes, it is best to make your subjects fear that which wuold liberate them or take power away from those who would oppose you.
There's clearly no good reason to classify a discovery as profound as that of extraterrestrial life...intelligent or not.
Finally and what is the most likely scenario is that there may be some things our fair administrations wish to keep secret and national security is in all of our best interests is it not? So then you would be insane to violate your own security by divulging our precious secrets.

Exact.I think it as you in this part,if they had wanted, we would already have died and buried all,the thing that I wonder me is the motive for which national safety is always quoted or mechanisms that concern the government,are however only a curiosity, to feel theirs speak seems that is dangerous indeed,even if, to my opinion,absolutely pacific, they are only curious creatures a few as all of us.

Who knows, they (national sacurity or mechanims)want perhaps to be cited only always for drawing advantage of it ...
