I was just watching CBS Sunday morning, and they had the Political Elephant on the bottom with an inverted star on it.

In the background, was an American Flag with inverted stars.

I see this subliminal advertising for Satan all the time. Almost every town has this symbol at the entrance of the town.

www.easternstar.org...

The Order of the Eastern Star (OES) is a female companion organization to Freemasonry. Men who are Master Masons may also join. Their primary symbol in cemeteries is a five pointed star with a tip pointing down, representing the Star of Bethlehem. In the example at right the letters are FATAL, which stand for Fairest Among Ten-thousand, Altogether Lovely.
...
In the example below each symbol within the star is an emblem for the Biblical heroines Adah, Ruth, Esther, Martha and Electa, whose stories inspire character building lessons.

cemeteries.wordpress.com...

(Who is Electa, anyway? Definitely not biblical, as the other references are)

However, what they don't tell you is WHAT the symbolism represents.

profile.myspace.com...

BAPHOMET>

The symbol of baphomet is as importants to Satanists as the cross is to
Christians.

(The cross represents Roman power and authority, and the symbol of what killed Jesus, therefore offensive to a true follower of Jesus.)

PENTAGRAM (FIVE-POINTED STAR pointing down): Used in occult rituals to direct forces or energies. Often represents satanism, the horned god or various expressions of contemporary occultism, especially when a goat-head is superimposed on the inverted pentagram.

www.radioliberty.com...

The inverted star also has significant ties with the Rosecrutions, Masonry and the Mormon Church

What is very interesting about this, is that both the "Golden & Rosy Cross" and the figures on the Mormon Museum of Church History, have two inverted pentagrams each: One that is protruding, and another that is flat or impressed.
...
When the two inferior points of the Pentagram are pointing up, it represents the male goat of the Witches' Sabbath.

A human figure with the head pointing down obviously represents a Demon, that is to say, an intellectual subversion, disorder, or madness...

www.gnosticteachings.org...

Everyday we are bombarded with evil symbolism, so that we have slowly come to accept this as commonplace and "no big deal"

Here is the truth. It is a VERY BIG DEAL.

Be aware.

To answer my own question, I found out who Electa is

The scene of the fifth Star Point is laid in Asia Minor, a peninsula lying between the Black Sea on the north and the Mediterranean Sea on the south. On the west coast of the peninsula in Lydian, near the mouth of the Cayster river, situated on high ground of a fertile plain, is Ephesus, the residence of Saint John from about 67 A.D. to the end of his life. Except for occasional visits to established churches in Asia Minor, St. John most probably rarely went out from Ephesus. Asia Minor is a region of extraordinary fertility and beauty, but has been ruined by centuries of waste and misgovernment. The exact date of the writing of the Epistle is not known, but is placed between 85 - 95 A.D.

Our information concerning Electa is based, for the most part on Masonic tradition. She was born and brought up in Asia Minor and, naturally, reared under the principles of paganism.

Source

In the strictest sense, paganism refers to the authentic religions of ancient Greece and Rome as well as surrounding areas. It originated from the Neolithic (Stone Age) era. The term, pagan, is derived from the Latin word, paganus, which means a country dweller. The pagan usually has a belief in many gods

www.allaboutspirituality.org...

This above is in direct defiance to the third commandment, which specifically states

Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Yet these Masons take an oath on the bible. SO it IS an intentional mockery of God and his guide, the bible.

So, we get back to the question, why are the stars on the GOP elephant pointing down?

www.flashreport.org...

Did you know that the Republicans changed the stars in their official elephant logo to three stars downward in the year 2000, the very year in which Skull & Bones George Bush was "elected" President? This Republican logo is the traditional elephant logo as this book front page cover demonstrates. The book is entitled, "The Pictorial History of the Republican Party", by Beryl Frank, published in 1980. As you can see, the stars on this elephant logo are the same as the traditional stars on an American Flag. On the GOP's official website the stars are facing downward.

www.godlikeproductions.com...

Any coincidence?

I don't think so.

You sir really need to get a life ...

much as the American people have been bamboozled by the fear of Terrorism you have been bamboozled by the oldest game in the books. Virtually all of your information originated with the Catholic Church. The most egregious power hungry world dominating organization to exist since the Roman Empire, of which it is the direct descendant.

And I will tell you Sir, that your god, nor does any god actually exist as it has been shown repeatedly by many peoples throughout history, that "gods" do not exist, either by trial, demand, prayer, lawsuit, divine propensity, declaration, or will of the people. NADA, NIET, NON!! They are popularized figments to keep you in line and suck money from your pockets. That pastor doesn't drive a Rolls Royce because "god agave it to him" ... he drives a Rolls Royce because 100,000 morons each handed him a dollar thinking they could buy their way into "heaven".

Since the Roman Catholics, Freemasons, Mormon Church and several Christian faction are all one-in-the-same,

you sir, with your cross bearing armor wearing gun toting avatar, have made my point brilliantly.

Keep in mind, all the armor in the world, will not protect you from God's anger.

Now, I'm going to be a bit critical of ATS.

I have read many of Springers threads, and I feel that he is fighting an internal battle that none of us are aware of.

Ever notice how, if you mention freemason in a thread, it gets moved to the secret society forum, where the resident freemason attack like a shark at a feeding frenzy?

Yet it's the freemasons who will argue until they are blue in the face that freemasonry is not a "secret society" but a society with secrets.

So it is the freemasons own submission that freemasonry is not the worlds most ancient secret society, yet threads continue to be lumped into this forum obviously set up to control the info about freemasons coming out.

The sympathic moderators to the freemasons, some of them freemasons themselves, keep watch.

But, we, the real truth revealers, the ones that don't need manmade armor, know otherwise.

We know that the true reason for freemasonry is to recruit souls to the minions of Lucifer, the Eastern Star.

Lucifer, the one who tempted Christ. Lucifer, the one responsible for wars, disease and famine on earth since Christ's reign.

Hi uh...

I'm sorry but I think your over reacting.
Just because a star is inverted that doesn't make it a sign of the devil.

HOWEVER that star IS his symbol whether he exists or not.
I think your religious beliefs are making you a bit too suspicious.
But I'm sure you'll find people in this website who support your beliefs.
I for one do not believe in this but I will not mock you for your beliefs.

I think the rule we have laid down here at ATS is, "If there is no proof, it's not true."

While if you want to believe that ALL of the people who have an upside down star in their business are Satanists go right ahead, I'm just stating I think this is an over reaction.

Sincrely,
joshedis

p.s I draw stars like that sometimes.
Does that make me conspiring against you?
Does that make me an agent of the "Devil"?

p.p.s to the post above me....
We need man made armor because MAN is the only one we can trust to make that armor.
And even if that armor has a cross on it, that doesn't necessarily mean we support god.
Many knights had the cross as their family crest.

Inverted Pentagram

Associated since the 19th Century with Satanists and known as the Devil’s Goat, this symbol is in fact far older and can be found in ancient Masonic Temples. In Wicca, it is a symbol of the 2nd Degree and magically it represents the Dog Star Sirius and can be used to channel higher energy into material manifestation.

www.alhambra-shop.de...

Intentionally moving man from trusting God and trusting more in manmade material possessions for happiness.

Feeling down? Go buy a bigger screen TV. And use your credit card, so they can make you a slave of the system.

Subliminal advertising. Secretly getting you to buy things without you knowing that you have been manipulated into moving away from God and looking for material possession for status, promise of sex, popularity, etc.

I have to say that the cross is not offensive to "true" Christians. Rather, it is a symbol of hope and promise, symbolizing the promise of the resurrection to the true believer. Rather than thinking that it was a roman tool used to kill Christ, it should be viewed as his personal instrument choice to offer himself for the sins of the world.

The Torah commandment doesn't say you shall have no other gods it says you shall have no other gods "before" me. Yahweh is the singular term for the divine and Elohim which is used much more often in the Torah is actually plural, gods. El in the old Semitic languages was the masculine singular form of the word “the”. Religiously it referred to the chief god of the pantheon of gods, the big THE. The ohim suffix in the old Semitic languages made a word the plural form thus Elohim meant gods. The Jewish elite were freed from their Babylonian captivity by the monotheistic Zoroastrian Persian King and came back to Israel reinterpreting the term Elohim to refer to the Infinite aspect of God singular. The Jews and Rabbi who had remained in Israel didn’t like this religious change and resisted. But what elites want they usually get. The ancient Native Americans of the US and Canada were polytheists but didn’t practice religious human or animal sacrifice like those further south, the Buddhist and Jain religions believed in a non-monotheistic hierarchy of higher beings and forbade animal or human sacrifice. It is not true that all non-Monotheistic religion is one of human sacrifice and evil. Monotheistic religions like Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity and Islam have all had their violent fanatic side. Recent Archaeology in Egypt shows that the workers on Pharaoh Ikhnaton’s new city were very malnourished and mistreated. So the first historical monotheist was an elitist monotheistic visionary forcing his beliefs on an unwilling population and uncompassionate with the poor folk building his beautiful city. Interestingly the Islamic head Egyptian Archaeologist tried to explain this away to absolve Ikhnaton. Ikhnaton was my chief hero in my boyhood after seeing the movie The Physician. He had some good ideas and was somewhat psychic but religiously he was a deluded man. The results of his delusions are playing out in the Middle East now.

Wow, is this topic is getting old. I'm tire of defending Freemasonry to those who are ignorant (I don't mean this as an attack) of what Freemasonry truly is and our history. Please spare me your typical retort, I've heard them all, "oh your not in the "in" of freemasonry where Lucifer governs the rituals...blah blah blah" It's all bogus heresy and sheer conjecture of those who DO NOT know. People fear that which they do not understand. I've been a 32 degree Mason for years, I am a Christian, son of a southern baptist minister. I in no way shape or form have anything to do with Satanism as a Freemason. Please research further before you label Freemasonry in to a category that is quite offensive. I am not going to even start to explain to you how the symbolism of Freemasonry developed as I fear it will be in vain. For whatever reason society enjoys making us out to be monsters. I assure you the symbols you are referencing were not originally given the meaning you present in this forum. The original symbols of Freemasonry do not have your misrepresented meanings. If you knew the real history of Freemasonry and all our branches at all you too would laugh at this pure silly misinterpretation presented here.

Sorry, but your organization is the one who picked the inverted star as their symbol.

Is there no importance in your symbolism?

Please, we are here to DENY ignorance,
not to go one allowing unsuspecting citizens to think the truth is nothing to be concerned about.

One soul at a time, your organization and it's tentacles lead perfectly well meaning people to the edge of the waterfall.

P.S. What is the deal with Freemasonry and Latin. Does it somehow make you feel smarter that everyone else?

Have you heard the story about the good Samaritan lately?

Yeah, I noticed the inversion of the stars on the R elephant also, and I think that there’s a picture of Hillary with an American flag with the inverted pentagrams in the background floating around somewhere. Did you notice that the 1990 election was also when the MSM switched the colors that represent the two parties? Red became the R color and blue the D color, opposite of how it had been as long as I can remember. Since red is the color of Communism/Socialism/Globalism, what do you suppose the meaning of that change was? These things don’t happen by accident, that’s certain.

Thank you for a logical approach to a looming problem, and question.

Where are we headed with this? Why are we changing things?

Like the backwards flag on military uniform. And the black flag associated
with it. Who is in control of the RED BUTTON?

By the way, Hillary is a member of the Eastern Star, hence the upside down stars on "her" flag.

Look, I'd be willing to read you're stuff, but this has been gone over. And the last fellow who just pointed you in the direction of the old thread got his head bitten off.
As for your statement about Freemasons defending themselves, it's kinda rediculous. So what, they can't defend themselves? I'm afraid you'll have to explain why you have a problem with that exaclty.
As for the star, it's had a number of meanings throughout the years, the Catholic Church has black listed most of them. No real surprise there.
