Yes he did, as did alot of others in the last 600 years, some seem to have come true and some have not.
As I have said a prediction is only that and as with timelines they do change as peoples prceptions change.
Just my take on it though.

Except the problem here seems to be that he expects people to believe and trust his information because it is supposedly coming from "higher beings" that are much more intelligent and evolved than us.

If he is really in contact with Aliens then there should be some way that he would be able to prove it. I guess he tried to do that with predictions, but that obviously didn't work out.

I've watched both sets of Collier videos (from the '90s and this most recent speech), and I do have to say, I'm disappointed that he has nothing really new to say after this extended hiatus. It personally doesn't matter much to me, as I don't believe in anything that he claims, but I do find his speeches entertaining to watch.

I'll give him credit for this: beneath all the fantastic claims, he does spread a message of personal respect and positivity; it's just a pity that some people need to believe in advanced life forms in order to take this message to heart.

No he doesnt expect people to belive him , he is only telling us the message, information as you will as he has made that promise too his contacts. We do with the info as we see fit .

I have to say that just by having the info out there makes people think to say the least and even it you dont agree, its there in your mind if ever you need it......

It's very simple. It doesn't matter whether you believe him or not.
Everyone knows this world we live in is skewed.
Since millennia people are born in societies where wars ,moneysystems, governments, poverty, criminality etc. is 'accepted'. Therefor most of us won't be shocked to see that it's happening all over the world.
I don't like that, most people don't. And all people won't if everyone grows up in healthy,warm and safe environments.
There is something profoundly wrong with this world we live in and it's nice and dandy that Alex here tells us, but if you look inside yourself you know it as well.
