Setup cost for less than $200, I don't think so. I actually purchased the book (unfortunately before I seen the free download), and have started
building the unit. If you follow and purchased the materials that the book describes, you will be up for around US$330, just for the housing
material, over $140 for the water pump, and around $130 for the materials to make the circuit boards. Then you still have the pressure guages, toriod
coil, cylinder head temp sensor, over pressure switch, and numerous fittings.
I am probably 1/3 of the way through the build, but let me tell you it has been hard sourcing the correct parts here in Australia, as all of the
housing materials have to come from the US.
